Job Overview

As an Order Filler Picker at DHL, you will play a key role in accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders within our distribution center. Your responsibilities include picking, packing, and preparing shipments while maintaining high safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment:Pick customer orders using pick sheets, handheld scanners, or Warehouse
• Management Systems (WMS):Verify the correct quantity and type of products to meet order specifications.
• Packing & Shipping:Securely and neatly pack products according to company packaging guidelines.
• Prepare accurate shipping labels and documentation using computer systems.
• Inventory Control:Assist in cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
• Safety & Cleanliness:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Follow all safety protocols when operating non-powered material handling equipment.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with team members and other departments like inbound and outbound logistics.Communicate workload status, challenges, and process improvement suggestions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in computer-based order processing, label creation, and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and labeling.
• Physically capable of:Standing for extended periods,Lifting and carrying 50-75 pounds,Performing repetitive tasks efficiently.
