Responsibilities of Stock Coordinators:

• Stock Coordinators perform a variety of tasks in their line of duty. They are responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness by ensuring that the facilities remain clean and in good condition:
• The process of moving items to and from trailers should always prioritize the health and safety of those involved in the operation
• Store the items in the correct areas to enhance effective management of inventory
• Transport products to specified areas according to given instructions
• Make certain that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit
• Perform tasks using equipment in a manner that is both safe and efficient, following prescribed methods
• MSDS sheets must be readily available to employees and updated regularly to accurately reflect the nature of the hazardous materials in the workplace
• On a regular basis, inspect and conduct minor upkeep on the forklift or related tools
• Regular cleaning and organization of the warehouse and loading areas will result in a more comfortable and efficient work environment for all employees
• Take part in learning sessions that focus on enhancing expertise of warehouse functions and processes

Stock Coordinator Requirements:

• Recent work involvement of two to five years
• A solid grasp of the English language in listening, writing, and speaking is required
• To excel in the role, it is essential to have strong customer service skills and a proactive approach
• Being proficient in elementary mathematical operations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, is an indispensable skill for school, work and in everyday life
• This position requires individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Having a certification for operating forklifts of Class IV or Class V can depict an individual's commitment towards safe and efficient operations in a warehouse or industrial setting
• One of the mandatory requirements for this job is possessing a valid driver's license and passing a background check before being hired, which includes an evaluation of the individual's motor vehicle record
